Requirements for Volunteer Status

    Dentist:

• Formerly licensed in N.D. and is in good standing with the Board.
• Agree to provide primary health services without remuneration in a board-approved setting.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Completed CE requirements of the Board.
• Submit application to the executive director.
• Submit the $35.00 application fee.
• Must renew by December 31st of every year.
