Duties Chart for QDA-LRR - The duties are also defined in the Board's Administrative Rules 20-03-01.
The Board may grant registration as a QDA-LRR to an applicant meeting the requirements:
1. Applying with an application form provided by the Board.
2. Completing a cardiopulmonary resuscitation course (CPR) within two (2) years of applying.
3. Completed, within two years of applying, either:
a. The Radiation Health & Safety (RHS) exam administered by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).
b. DAPREP’s North Dakota Radiation Health and Safety Course; or
c. Another course approved by the Board
Application Fee: The Board is not currently assessing a registration fee for the QDA-LRR application, but anticipates seeking legislative approval for the application fee in 2025.
QDA-LRR RENEWAL: A QDA-LRR must renew their registration by December 31st of every even-numbered year and meet the continuing education requirements set forth in NDAC 20-03-01-06(4). Registration renewal is completed online. Make sure the Board has your correct email address to receive notification.
The Jurisprudence Exam is not required for this level of registration.
