Meeting Protocols

Because the Board is a part of state government, it must conduct its business at open, publicly noticed meetings. Board meetings are held at least quarterly and are open to the public. All meetings can be attended remotely. Meetings that are held at a physical address can be attended remotely or in person.
Those who would like to present a topic for Board consideration may email the Board at info@nddentalboard.org or send them by US mail to the North Dakota State Board of Dental Examiners, PO Box 7246, Bismarck, ND 58507-7246 .
Regular meetings are calendared late in the year prior to their occurance (e.g., the 2026 meeting dates were posted in the Fall of 2025). Those calendared meeting dates are listed below and at the Secretary of State's Office (here). Detailed agendas are posted approximately two weeks before each meeting.
Special meetings are publicly posted at the same time Board Members are informed that one is scheduled.
